Refunds & Cancellations

Effective: Feb 11, 2026

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Free sessions: not applicable.
• Paid sessions: If you request a refund before the session has been used, we may process a refund. If the session has already started or been used, refunds are subject to our discretion.
• Charges for fraudulent activity will not be refunded.
